Ai-G20 Institutional Capacity & Competitiveness Programme

Ai, through the Ai Academy, equips investment leaders, policy makers, and corporate executives with the analytical tools and strategic insight required to understand the evolution of the G20 agenda and its implications for investing in Africa. The programme strengthens decision-making, enhances competitiveness, and provides a rigorous fact base to support Africa’s engagement with the G20 on issues including:
  • Global capital allocation and fiduciary efficiency,
  • Cost of capital and de-risking reform,
  • Green industrialisation and NDC investment,
  • Nature, water and cultural-IP as infrastructure,
  • Institutional investor mobilisation and IIPPs,
  • Africa’s role in shaping global economic governance.

Ai G20 Initiatives include:

  1. G20 Institutional Investor Engagement Platform – advancing Africa’s priorities on capital mobilisation, cost of capital, and long-term allocative efficiency.
  2. G20 Green Industrialisation & Infrastructure Track – aligning Africa’s $1T GreenAlpha pipeline with G20 sustainable finance priorities.
