By submitting an entry for the Awards you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any modified version of these terms and conditions.

All funds and transactions entered for these categories must have reached close. Deals still in progress cannot be considered.

You are recommended not to copy and paste information from your website / company report but to respond to the category specific criteria.

Please ensure that you include all your contact details in the submission and that of your division head.
You may also submit supporting materials with your written submission.

Africa investor understands that some information contained in your submission may be commercially sensitive.

Summaries of winning entries will be published in Africa investor, however, you will be given the option to omit any commercially sensitive information.

Africa investor is unable to return submissions.
