This category is open to companies listed on any Africa exchange within the agreed period.

Judges will be looking for evidence of:

  • Total size and percentage of stock floated
  • Access to retail investors
  • Type of transaction (e.g. privatisation vs. entrepreneurial business)
  • Price volatility since IPO
