Chairman, Uganda Investment Authority (UIA)William Kalema is Chairman of the UIA and Board Chairman of the Development Finance Company of Uganda and of its related financial institutions.
As a businessman, he is Managing Director of Simba Blankets, Director of Multichoice Uganda and a board member of East African Breweries Ltd.
Dr Kalema holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Cambridge and a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the California Institute of Technology.
